Fickle Pickles Baked Cuban Sliders
Fickle Pickles Cuban Sliders are a great recipe for your Spring and Summertime activities! After you’ve been at the beach or pool all day, this recipe is great for a hungry crowd! Be sure to stock Fickle Pickles for your outdoor fun! Pairs well with Fickle Pickles Slaw and Tater Salad!
INGREDIENTS:
Use our own pulled pork recipe or buy precooked for a quick dinner!
- 3-4 C. Pulled Pork, shredded and warmed
- 1/2 Lb Deli Ham, thin sliced
- 1 Lb Swiss Cheese, thin sliced
- Fickle Pickles
- 4 Tbsp. Butter, melted
- 12 Pack, Sweet Hawaiian Rolls
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
- 2 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
- 1 Tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Fickle Pickle juice
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Unwrap sweet rolls and carefully cut in half horizontally using a serrated bread knife, keeping top & bottom roll pieces connected.
- Remove top half of rolls.
- Place bottom half section, cut side up, in a 9×13 baking dish, sprayed with cooking spray.
- In a bowl, whisk Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, Fickle Pickle juice and Worcestershire sauce.
- Blend until smooth.
- Spread sauce on cut sides of both layers of rolls.
- Layer half of the Swiss cheese on bottom rolls topped evenly with sliced ham, pulled pork, Fickle Pickles and remaining cheese.
- Add top section of buns.
- Loosely cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and brush top of buns with melted butter.
- Without foil, continue to bake for 7-9 minutes or until top of rolls are golden and cheese is melted.
- Wait a few minutes to cool before cutting and separating sliders.
- Serve immediately.
