Fickle Pickles Baked Crescent Rolls

INGREDIENTS:
- 8oz Cream Cheese, softened (do not use whipped)
- 1 Tbsp. Dry Ranch Dressing Mix
- 1/2 C. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 C. Fickle Pickles, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. Shallot or Green onion, finely diced
- 2 Cans Crescent Rolls
- 3 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 Tbsp. Fickle Pickles juice
- Fresh dill, chopped (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Grease or use parchment paper to prep a cooking sheet.
- In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese and dry ranch seasoning until mixed well.
- Fold in shredded cheese, Fickle Pickles and shallot or onion.
- Roll out crescent dough on a large cutting board, pressing perforations together.
- Divide cream cheese mixture and spread evenly on each flat dough.
- Carefully and tightly roll dough into a log. Cut into 1” pieces using a large serrated knife.
- Place rolls on prepared cooking sheet with a little room in between each piece.
- Melt butter, then add pickle juice, mixing well.
- Brush butter mixture on top of rolls.
- Sprinkle fresh dill on top.
- Bake for 20-24 minutes until golden brown.
- Check at 20 minutes as cooking times vary depending on your oven.
- Allow to set for 5 minutes before serving.
